Steampunk rays
Hi, this http://youtu.be/ppwc6AeA_j8 is a video from the raydiant engine over procedural geometry generated automatically from an old steam car photo at cutemosaic.com, thanks go to the beautiful music 'Undercover' from Citizen Nyx. There are embedded inscriptions on the frontal plate using realtime CSG, the letters are procedurally extruded from system fonts. The gears are constructed with a mix of triangle CSG, platonic solids and a system that makes their teeth engage with each other. Some bearings are made of emeralds for extended mechanism life
.

I always like your work!
However, around 2:19, I was expecting the texture to be made up of some kind of micro structures, not coarse pixels.

Wow,
Its impressive, is it real-time ?
You have do this raytracing engine only to generate mosaic ?
